2. The main engine adopts crawler self-propelled mode. At present, most foreign drilling rigs use vehicle mounted mode, which has poor cross-country ability. Due to the limitation of natural conditions, many places are uneven and steep, especially in rainy season and muddy conditions, it is difficult to enter the site for construction and transportation. In the long-distance transportation process, crawler type drilling rig adopts pallet transportation. When entering the uneven, steep and muddy site, it adopts crawler self walking mode, low grounding ratio, strong adhesion, and can enter the site safely and easily, which provides time guarantee for the smooth construction of the project and saves the cost of road repair.

 

3. The main engine is powered by two diesel engines with double power configuration, and the power reaches 552kw. The two diesel engines are powered by hydraulic coupling, and the two diesel power units are configured separately, which can operate at the same time and independently, greatly improving the construction safety and reducing the operation cost. In the construction of the drilling rig, even if the diesel engine and hydraulic control unit adopt the world's top technology products, it is inevitable that there will be failures in the actual application. The vertical hole drilling is often used in coalbed methane exploitation, which brings great inconvenience to the loading and unloading of drill pipe. In order to solve this problem, the power head of the drilling rig adopts the tilting structure, with the maximum lifting angle of 80 degrees, which makes the drill pipe unloading in the vertical direction change to the horizontal direction, which facilitates the construction and reduces the labor intensity of the operator.

 

7. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts well-known hydraulic products at home and abroad. The electro-hydraulic proportional closed circuit and open load sensing circuit cooperate with high reliability and advanced performance. 8. The operation of the drilling rig adopts the remote operation mode. The drilling rig has an independent operating room. In the process of air hammer drilling, the operating platform is near the wellhead, and there is a lot of dust. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, the operator has to wear a gas mask in the hot summer, and the construction conditions are harsh. Remote control is adopted to keep the operator away from the wellhead and provide a safe, reliable and clean operating environment for the operator.
