Hykd-3b full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is mainly used in coal, geology, metallurgy, engineering and other industries. It is used in large-diameter gas drainage drilling, water injection drilling and large-diameter horizontal drilling in surface engineering in mines, tunnels and coal mines. It can meet the requirements of large diameter cone drilling, large diameter cemented carbide drilling and percussive rotary drilling.

 

 

Technical features

 

1. Split layout, small volume, light weight, easy to move, flexible operation.

 

2. The power unit uses the explosion-proof motor and control system to drive the hydraulic pump, and the motor drives the spindle rotation and the oil cylinder chain speed doubling mechanism to realize the feed and rotation functions of the power head.

 

3. The hydraulic chuck can fully meet the functions of drill pipe clamping and breaking and power-off protection.

 

4. Mast sliding telescopic function, convenient drilling mast and foundation close, enhance the stability of the work.

 

5. The swing arm and mast swing up and down, which is suitable for multi angle opening.

 

6. The power head spindle has wide speed range and large rotary torque.
