The full hydraulic power head core drilling rig with wire line coring diamond drilling technology has become the leading model for solid deposit exploration in developed countries, and also the leading trend of drilling technology and equipment development in China. Under this trend, Lianyungang Huanghai Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully developed hydx-4 full hydraulic core drilling machine according to China's national conditions. The drilling machine can replace imports and is suitable for geology, metallurgy, nonferrous metals, coal, nuclear industry, oil, natural gas and other industries. It is used for diamond and cemented carbide core drilling engineering construction.

 

Belt type chassis, power head feeding and lifting adopts cylinder direct push structure. Its stroke is 3.5m; the spindle rotation is driven by a single motor, and the mechanical 4-speed gearbox is supplemented by hydraulic stepless speed regulation; the mast has the function of sliding and touching the ground, and the oil cylinder rises and falls; the mast can be folded for transportation and storage; the through hole, high-precision spindle rotation structure.
