Hmc-800 type vehicle-borne CBM multi-function drilling rig is a full hydraulic vehicle-bed gas drilling machine developed by our company in the past 40 years on the basis of drilling machine research, production, manufacture and practice, according to the characteristics of domestic coal bed methane exploration and mining and combined with the advanced experience and concept of foreign coal bed gas mining. The drilling rig is mainly used in coal seam gas mining, shallow oil and natural gas drilling, oil well repair and geothermal well construction, and meets the requirements of domestic ultra deep hole exploration and drilling, and can also be used for engineering rescue, mine ventilation hole and drainage pipeline construction.

1. the main engine adopts full hydraulic drive, special chassis for automobile, strong passing capacity, fast and convenient movement and low transportation cost.

 

2. the drilling arm adopts the speed doubling mechanism of mast lifting steel wire rope, which has simple structure, shortens the transportation length, increases the working stroke, and the driving head travel reaches 15m, which is convenient for various process construction.

 

3. the power head adopts the warpable structure, with the maximum lifting angle of 85 ° to facilitate the back and unloading of drill pipe.

 

4. the drilling machine is driven by low speed and high torque motor, with high operating efficiency, maximum torque of up to 20 kn? M, maximum speed of 170r/min, and power head with different parameters can be configured according to the user's process requirements.
