The 4CX7500A is a metal-ceramic, forced air-cooled tetrode with a direct-heating thoriated tungsten cathode. At an operating frequency of 220MHz, the anode dissipation power is 7.5 kW. It’s mainly used in high frequency class C amplifier and modulator.
