The 4CX20000D is a metal ceramic, forced air cooled triode with a direct-heating thoriated tungsten cathode. The operating frequency is 110MHz, the anode dissipation power is 20kW, and the output power is 35kW. It is suitable for radio frequency power amplification and features both high power and low distortion. The tube has 20dB gain in FM radio.
