E. Equipment welding method

  1. The equipment is a full position TIG welding method, that is, the welding torch is fixed on the pipe, and the welding forceps rotate along the pipe for a week, including flat welding, uphill welding, downhill welding and uphill welding. Due to the different stress of the molten pool in different positions, the heat input is also different. It is necessary to set different process parameters such as peak current, base current and arc voltage, which can be set on the man-machine interface of MWA-400 integrated control power supply.
  2. Single - side welding double - side formingStainless steel pipe fittings shall be filled with protective gases ( argon or other protective gases )Argon flow rate is 0.5-8L / min, argon protection flow rate is 8-15L / min.
