XBC-ZW movable diesel self-priming pump technical requirements

1. Electric starting diesel engine, and equipped with fuel gauge oil alarm device.
   There is no need to pump vacuum and adopts other ways to auxiliary pumping , After stretch the pumping pipe into the desired pumping area, can rapid direct start pump to pumping and draining.

2. Adopts bulking type mechanical seal. The mechanical seal adopts independent lubrication and cooling chamber. The cooling chamber use oil lubrication and cooling chamber pressure is maintained at 2bar.

3. Shaft deviation shall not be greater than 0.003 mm.

4. Rotor pump thick shaft adopts no step design, the diameter shall not be less than 85 mm,reduce shaft offset and prolong the service life.

5. The pump ensures rotor runs for a long time under the two ends rigid support, and the two ends support are equipped with mechanical seals to ensure that the bearing does not contact the conveying material. Ensure shaft not offset,reduce the wear of rotor and related parts.

Pumping capacity, ordinary plastic bags, textile bags, mud, hair and other sundries can smoothly pumping, will not block the pump body.
