XBD - ISG(ISW) fire pump is divided into two types, single suction single stage and single suction multistage stage. It is used for conveying clean water without solid particles and liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is mainly used for pressurizing water supply in fire fighting system, and can also be used for water supply and drainage in factories and mines. XBD--ISG(ISW) series single suction single stage fire pump consists of motor and pump. Pump and motor coaxial, pump structure including pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal and other components. Pump inlet and outlet are in the same horizontal axis, and the same caliber specifications, loading and unloading is very convenient, small floor area. The pump equipped with mounting base, easy to install, increase the pump running stability. Pump seal using mechanical seal, with reliable sealing, no leakage characteristics. The pump axial force is balanced by the impeller balance ring. The pump inlet and outlet flange is 1.6MPa,pipeline is convenient.

XBD - ISG(ISW) series single suction multistage fire pump consists of motor and pump.Motor is Y type three-phase asynchronous motor, pump and motor are connected by coupling, the whole is rigid connection, no need for correction in use. The pump consists of stator part and rotor part. The pump stator is composed of inlet section, middle section, guide vane, outlet section, packing box body and other parts. In order to prevent stator wear, the stator is equipped with sealing ring, balance sleeve, etc., after wear can be replaced by spare parts. The rotor part is composed of shaft, middle wheel, balance drum and so on. The lower end of the rotor is water lubricated bearings, and the upper part is angular contact ball bearings.

The combined surface of the water inlet section, the middle section and the water outlet section is sealed by tightening the paper pad, which can be selected by the user as required.
