5. Pump is vertical structure, inlet port and outlet port center line in the same horizontal line, and inlet port flange and outlet port flange with the same specifications, installation and disassembly is very convenient.

6. Small floor area, no need to build machine room, can save a lot of construction costs. Add a protective cover to wind blade end of motor, the whole machine can be placed in outdoor to work.

GW Type Unblocked Pipeline Sewage Pump Installation and usage
1. Check whether the external fasteners are loose during transportation.
2. Check whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements which on the motor nameplate.
3. Switch on the power to running in to check impeller whether is turned in the indicated direction on the pump. If direction  is reversed, switch any two phase line of cable.The test time should not be too long, so as not to burn the seal.

4. Install and start the pump. Install the pump bottom screw.

1. Should check motor winding to the cabinet insulation resistance before use. If it is lower than 0.5 megohm, the stator must be dried and use after insulation resistance rises.

2. If interval is over 2mm between impeller and oil seal of pump body inlet, the wear-resistant oil seal should be replaced.

3. When the pump seal leakage, should replace seal parts timely.

4. When replace impeller, should use wall pulley pull out, can not be hit with hammer, so as not to destroy the axial degree.
