III. Performance Advantages

Ease of Installation and Connection: With the filter head exposed outside the tank and the suction tube immersed below the oil level, the outlet is equipped with either a pipe or flange connection, eliminating the need for additional components like shut-off valves, simplifying the system piping and facilitating installation.

Convenience in Replacement and Maintenance: When replacing, cleaning the filter element, or performing system maintenance, simply unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover). The self-sealing valve automatically closes, isolating the oil circuit and preventing oil from leaking out, greatly simplifying the cleaning, replacement, or repair process.

Improved Hydraulic System Reliability: Equipped with a filter element contamination warning device and a bypass valve. When the filter element becomes clogged to a certain degree, the warning device signals for replacement or cleaning. If immediate shutdown or replacement is not possible, the bypass valve automatically opens to prevent the oil pump from experiencing suction failure.
