II. Features and Advantages

Easy Installation: The direct return self-sealing oil return filter can be directly installed on the top, side, or bottom of the oil tank, simplifying system piping and making the system layout more compact.

High Filtration Accuracy: Equipped with a permanent magnet, the filter can remove ferromagnetic particles larger than 1 micron from the oil. The filter element, made of materials like glass fiber, boasts high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and high dirt-holding capacity.

Intelligent Monitoring: Some direct return self-sealing oil return filters are equipped with transmitters, bypass valves, and other devices. When the filter element is clogged with contaminants or factors like low system oil temperature and flow pulsation cause abnormal inlet pressure, the transmitter will issue a signal, reminding users to replace the filter element or take other measures promptly.

III. Structure and Composition
