　　SKHJ-C horizontal wing edge adjusting machine is used in adjusting wing edge of H steel. When H steel undergoes welding, the wing will be transform under stress. It can be used again only after adjustment,and complete adjustment once a time.

Ⅲ . Machine parts

　　It adopts horizontal adjusting structure. The left part is fixed up; the right part can adjust in the process with the changing belly plate height.
　　 It adopts stand form, and can move horizontally and vertically to fit the change of H steel central parts height.
　　 The right part can move on track horizontally. The right part can adjust wing edge in the process with the changing belly plate height.
　　 Hydraulic pressure is the adjusting force. The high power linear movement control is available.
　　 It adopts high speed rate redactor to realize low speed steady transportation.

　　Control cabinet is control instrument of horizontal wing edge adjusting machine in H steel welding line. The site operating cabinet is also equipped to realize separate control. Horizontal wing edge adjusting machine is equipped with two ____ KW motors, one hydraulic pressure motor of ____KW. This equipment is mainly used in adjusting wing plate. The main motor can move front and back; it can also make point control. Main parts are imported from famous enterprise.
