  GY06 series voltage phase sequence multifunctional protector (also called three-phase power monitoring protector, phase sequence protector, Over/under-voltage protector) is mainly used for detect all kinds of fault of industrial three-phase voltage level, AC 50/60 Hz. Provide relay protection of high voltage, low voltage, lack of phase, reverse phase (phase sequence), three-phase voltage unbalance. Products are widely used in air compressor, motor, power distribution box, water pump, oil pump, central air conditioning units, electric cabinet, power distribution cabinets, cranes, etc., such as central air conditioning compressor protection, all kinds of elevator power monitoring, water pump, oil pump, the lack of phase, the inverse phase protection, the indispensable protection products of industrial equipment maintenance of normal working voltage.

This product conforms to GB14085.5－2001 eqv IEC60947－1：1999 standard.

Structural features 
  1）Installation: the base of the protector is 35mm guide type or directly with two M4 screws.

  2）Fault indication: with 5 LED lights: normal, lack of phase (voltage three phase imbalance), inverse phase, over-voltage, under-voltage.
  3）external dimension： 68mm×30mm×76mm。
 

Protective characteristics
  1）Lack of phase protection: when running state or not running state in the protected power line, react when any phase failure and delay for the 2S.

  2）Reverse phase protection: a protective measure that prevents the communication phase sequence of L1, L2, and L3 phases is wrong,delay 2s.
  3）Voltage imbalance protection: a protective measure of the three-phase voltage imbalance affecting the safe operation of the line. The three-phase unbalanced rate＝ ×100%>10%,protection delay 2S action

  4）Overvoltage protection: the voltage of the protected circuit is higher than the protection value, plus 15%, and the delay of 3-8s. The return difference is 6 ~ 20VAC.

  5）Under-voltage protection: the voltage of the protected circuit is lower than the protection value - 15%, the delay 3-8s action, and the recovery difference is 3 ~ 20VAC.

   2）Main circuit connecting conductor: the insulated copper wire is less than 2.5 mm, to ensure the connection is reliable

Attention

1）Since the protector can only protect the voltage and its phase sequence, it can be applied to all kinds of power equipment.

2）This product is generally the power side sampling of the three-phase power supply, and it MUSTN’T be installed on the output side of the frequency conversion current.
