  Our company has developed intelligent, networked, digital motor protection device with full Chinese wide-screen LCD display according to IEC international standard. Based on microprocessor technology, advanced network communication technology and distributed intelligent technology are combined in MCC control center. Possessed the following function: comprehensive motor intelligent protection, comprehensive power measurement , remote control, operation status monitoring, fault recording and network communication, the measurement data, DI/DO status, alarm information, fault information management, motor information management, parameter setting and motor start and stop. It can  satisfy the multi-party start-up mode. It can be installed directly at the following situation: MCC cabinet of low voltage control terminal and 1/4 unit and above all kinds of drawer cabinet. The protector provides the measurements for motor protection, to avoid industrial accidents caused by overload, locked-rotor, over-voltage, under-voltage, light load, open phase, three-phase imbalance, grounding failure, which ensures the normal operation of the equipment to greatest extend.

 Protection function：
      Overload protection, open-phase protection,three-phase unbalance protection, motor shaft lock protection, low voltage protection, over voltage protection, leakage protection, ground fault protection, light load protection, no-load protection, short circuit protection.

Control function：
      Direct starting, positive and reverse starting, star delta starting, direct bypass starting, auto-transformer reducing voltage starting, multi-party starting control。
Display and monitoring：
      Operation state, three-phase current, line voltage, leakage current, fault information, motor work accumulative time, failure times and other information.

Setting function：
    Rated current, protection current curve, start-up time, three-phase unbalance, pl ing multiple, leakage current value, overowe voltage value, communication address, protector of motor self starting time.

Remote function:

The output of standard analog output of DC4-20mA is not required for external power supply.

Communication functions:

Through RS485 serial communication and computer can form 256 protection control network. Remote data setting and display alarm, remote motor start, stop control, etc.

  Memory function:

Can store the 10 faults that occurred in the recent motor, and can press the reset key to take out the failure code of the last motor, and then once again
