JDB - LB motor intelligent protector is the experience accumulation and crystallization of the modern high-tech technology based on more than 20-years development of producing motor display protector and microcomputer protection device product. Function features

The JDB-LB intelligent protector shows three phase current, line voltage, fault code and protection parameters using four LED digital tubes, and the LED luminescent tube indicates clear identification. Simple parameters setting, easy installation, and the key is set to protect the parameters, so as to meet the needs of new and old equipment. The comprehensive various information data in the operation of the motor is collected, calculated, analyzed, monitored, alarmed and controlled. JDB - LB protector can achieve timely and accurate protection and ensure the effect of the equipment operation safety  by analyzing fault alarm, protection action (protection tripping) and the use of action delay time setting. 

Protection function

1、Overcurrent protection: the protection current can be set arbitrarily, the current value is greater than the set value, curve movement according to the action characteristic .

2、Open phase protection: when the motor power is off phase (the three phase current imbalance is set to 60% according to the user's requirement), the monitor will move in 3s.  

3、Motor shaft lock Protection：When running current exceeds setting multiple，protector will perform in 3 seconds.

4、Inverse time-delay protection：This protector has the function of the time-delay protection of overflows.

5、Low voltage protection:When working voltage of protector is lower than the set voltage, react in 5seconds

6、Over voltage protection: When working voltage of protector exceed the set voltage,react in 5 seconds

7、Leakage protection：The monitor will move within 3 seconds when the leakage current is greater than the set value.

8、 Short circuit protection: when any phase current reaches the 8Ie current, the protector moves in 2 seconds.

9、Start delay time: When the large current when motor starts is greater than the start delay time.

10、Quick break protection: when the motor fails in operation, the action is set in the set time.

11、Failure reset protection: when LEDs of the protectors are lit up, reset in the set mode time.
