Chocolate Tempering Machine is used to temper natural cocoa butter; and to make the low-melting-point crystal in cocoa butter become high-melting-point crystal, then to improve the flavor and finishing and extend the storage time of chocolate. It is an important equipment for producing natural chocolate products.
Lexsong chocolate tempering machine is designed according to the characteristics of natural cocoa butter and cocoa butter equivalent (CBE). It is in vertical structure. Chocolate butter is fed from the bottom and passes through the tempering area, then output from the top of the machine. The tempering center has 10 layers and 4 temperature areas. The temperature is controlled automatically as settled.
We care the food safety. All the component parts which may interface the material are made by food grade stainless steel (grade 304), so the material will not be contaminated.
Mostly, we provide two models of tempering machines in different production capacity. LST250 has the production capacity of 250kg/h, LST500 has 500kg/h.
