*Product Introduction:
GP16 ink consists of good quality resins,pigments and additives. It's is mainly used to print OPP,PE.It has excellent adhesive,anti-blocking,very resistant to scratch and high temperature
*Advantages:
1. Alcohol and ester based, meet enviromental and healthy requirements;
2. Excellent adhesion, boil resistance;
3. Very resistant to high temperature;
4. High color strength, bright color.
*Suitable Substrates:
Pretreated pearl OPP over 38dyn/cm;
Pretreated PE OPP over 38dyn/cm.

*Notice:
1.The film side for printing must be pretreated by 38 ~42dyn/cm to guarantee adhesion. If it is not properly pretreated, adhesion may not be so good;
2.The stove temperature must be 60~80℃ and ventilation must be enhanced to ensure thorough ink dry and good adhesion.
3.GP16 is not suitable to print products which are exposed to strong sunshine outdoors. If there is outdoors requirement, please choose our GP26 sunshine resistance ink;
4.GP16 contains hardener which doesn't react in normal temperature.(when temperature is over 60℃, reaction will happen). The red, purple and black inks have a little thixotropy, but can be normally used after shaking up;
5. This ink can be used by mixing with our GP06;
6. The validity is normally one year, but can still be used after validity if all norms are tested to be OK.
