*Product Introduction:

GP52 ink consists of quality alcohol borne PU resins and pigments, suitable for medium and high speed printing.

*Advantages:

1.Very little residual solvents. no odor with the printed materials, no harm;

2.Alcohol is the main solvent, toluene and ketone free, meets the requirements of plastic packaging for food andmedicines;

3.Excellent solubility, anti-skinning, anti-blocking.

*Suitable Substrates:

BOPP:Pretreated over 38dyn/cm;

PET:Pretreated over 48dyn/cm.

*Recommended percentage of solvents:

Normally fast dry thinner can be used for white ink and medium dry thinner for color inks. Slow dry thinner can be chosed when dots are shallow, but pay special attention to remaining solvents and blocking.

*Notice:

This ink is not suitable for food packaging that needs high temperature boil or steam for sterilization.
