*Product Discription:
GP15 ink consists of good quality alcohol borne resins, pigments,solvents and additives. It has excellent fluidity,suitable for gravure printing machines.
*Advantages:
1. Bright color, high color strength;
2.Good rubing, crumpling resistance and smoothness;
3.Strong adhesion, good printing adaptability, anti-blocking;
4.Toluence free, low odor, little solvent residue;
5. Good compatibility with normal surface inks.
*Suitable substrates:
pretreated PE,OPP,BOPP(≥38dyn/cm)
*Recommended percentage of solvents:

Addition of the above thinner: ink: thinner = 1 : 0.2~0.6(by weight);
Normally fast dry thinner can be used for white ink and medium dry thinner for color inks. Slow dry thinner can be chosen when dots are shallow, but pay special attention to remaining solvents and blocking.
*Notice:
1.Printed side must not be in contact with the packing directly;
2.IPA should be in the thinner and cannot be replaced by anhydrous ethyl alcohol;
3.The ink is for packaging of tissues and non-oil light food;
4.The validity is normally one year, but can still be used if all norms are OK after validity.
