The soldered fitting has higher intensity and better plasticity. Copper-zinc alloy, as brazing material, is mainly used in gas flame brazing, HF brazing, salt bath impregnated brazing or used to braze copper, copper alloy as well as nickel, steel, hard alloys, etc. Oil stain around brazing place and on brazing materials' surface or oil stain of oxide must be strictly cleared away before brazing. The gap between solder joints had better be 0.0025-0.1mm.
