MIRTEC's 3D AOI for Tri-Paint Inspection, the GENESYS-CC is equipped with a 15MP camera, 15μm precision telecentric lens, and an 8-axis same-axis color illumination system that includes a two-stage UV lamp. It is capable of measuring coating thicknesses from 10μm to 1,000μm. Optional flip conveyor allows for double-sided PCB inspection without the need for an external flipper.
