Double-sided flying probe tester

The TAKAYA APT-1600FD series is a double-sided flying probe tester that can simultaneously test the front and back of a circuit board using a combination of four upper pins and two lower pins.

Since it can handle component heights up to 60 mm and board weights up to 10 kg, it is suitable for testing large and heavy substrates such as automotive, aircraft and medical equipment, as well as power supply boards and probe cards.
