Widely used single-color pad printer:
Working principle
This single-color printing machine mainly uses pad printing for printing. First, the ink cup ink supply system supplies ink to the printing plate with the pattern etched on it. Then, the pad head descends to dip the ink pattern on the printing plate, and then transfers the ink to the surface of objects such as electronic products, promotional items or automotive products.
Structural features
• Microcomputer panel:
• The microcomputer panel provides convenient and precise operation control. Through this panel, various printing parameters can be set, such as the pad head descending speed, ink dipping time, transfer pressure, etc. For different printing materials, such as hard plastics for electronic product shells and soft materials for automotive product interiors, operators can flexibly adjust parameters on the microcomputer panel according to the characteristics of the materials and printing requirements to ensure printing quality.
• Different working modes can be preset on the panel. When the type of printed product needs to be changed, the mode can be quickly switched to improve work efficiency.
• Automatic pad head cleaning device:
• The automatic pad head cleaning device is the key to maintaining the good performance of the pad head. During the printing process, the pad head is frequently dipped in ink and transferred, which is easy to leave ink residue. The automatic cleaning function can clean the rubber head regularly or according to the number of prints to prevent the ink from drying on the rubber head and affecting the elasticity and transfer effect of the rubber head.
• The cleaning process is efficient and the amount of cleaning fluid can be controlled, which reduces waste, while extending the service life of the rubber head and reducing production costs.
• Ink cup ink supply system:
• The ink cup ink supply system can stably and accurately supply ink to the printing plate. It can control the supply of ink to ensure that the pattern part on the printing plate always has enough and uniform ink. Compared with the traditional ink supply method, ink cup ink supply can reduce ink volatilization and waste.
• The independent oil cup design makes ink replacement more convenient. When different colors or types of inks need to be replaced, the operation is simple and quick, and different oil cups will not interfere with each other.
• Independent oil cup push cylinder:
• The independent oil cup push cylinder is mainly used to accurately control the movement of the oil cup. It can accurately push the oil cup to supply ink to the printing plate according to the rhythm and needs of printing. During the printing process, by adjusting the pressure and stroke of the cylinder, the ink supply amount and supply frequency can be flexibly controlled to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of ink supply.
