Brief Introduction and Working Principle of the Inner Tube Splicer

    This machine is mainly suitable for the inner tube docking of the automobile, motorcycle, bicycle butyl rubber or natural rubber, high in production efficiency and low in working strength. The inner tube splicers can be divided into pneumatic and hydraulic modes according to the drive modes, and can be divided into the horizontal cutting and vertical cutting according to the slicer-to-tube cutting modes.

    The inner tube splicer used for the automobile tire is usually based on the horizontal way through hydraulic drive, and mainly consisted of the clamping oil cylinder, clamping jaws, docking extrusion cylinder, the adjusting device of die orifice and width, electric-knife device, electric-knife-driven oil cylinder, etc. In operation, the clamping oil cylinder is used to drive the rise and decline of the clamping jaw and clamp the inner tube; then the electric-knife-driven oil cylinder is used to drive the electric knife device for cutting; and promote the inner tube to dock firmly by the extrusion force of the extrusion oil cylinder. The commonly-used specification of the inner tube splicer (the range of the flat width of the inner tube) is divided into 90-450mm、250-560mm and340-630mm.
