Brief Introduction and Working Principle of the Bucket Elevator

    The machine is a kind of handling machinery. As the downstream auxiliary machine of the kneader mixer, the main function is to deliver the discharged materials from the mixer to the mixing mill, the roller-head extruder or other machines for processing; it is a part of the rubber-milling (plasticization) production lines. The series of bucket elevators have variety of standard type, and respectively used for the supporting mixers with 35 L, 55L, 75 L, 110 L, 150 L and 200 L.

    This machine is composed of the guiding frame, hopper, electric control system and the mechanical transmission system which is consisted of the motor, reducer and chain gearing mechanism. The hopper moves up and down along the guiding frame driven by the transmission system; the limit switches are located at the peak of roll-over dumping position and the starting point of the hopper, so as to control the operation of the hopper.

    The hopper rises to the curve at a high speed when starting to run, discharges the stuffing at a low speed when starting to tilt; and reverse to the high-speed running state at the return stroke; when the hopper is close to the bottom, the speed drops; and the hoppers returns to the original place at a lower speed. Such design not only improves the production efficiency, but also guarantees the smooth and reliable running of the machine.
