Brief Introduction of the Single-knife Hydraulic Rubber Cutter

    The machine is mainly suitable for cutting the natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other plastic materials, especially suitable for being installed next to the mixer for cutting the small rubber blocks.

    The machine is mainly consisted of the rubber-cutting knife, rack, operating cylinder, base, auxiliary workbench, hydraulic system and electrical system; the base under the rubber-cutting knife is equipped with the nylon plate (or casting lead pad), so as to protect the blade of the rubber-cutting knife.

When cutting the raw rubbers, the operator puts the rubbers under the rubber-cutting knife, and then presses the start button; the rubber-cutting knife will cut the rubber along the slide way on the rack driven by the piston rod. The rack is equipped with two limit switches at the top and bottom, so as to control the reversal valve to change the movement direction of the rubber-cutting knife, while protect the cylinder head of the piston rod.
