ENOLZYME Alpha-Galactosidase is a kind of anti-nutrient factor that exists in some plant seeds, whose content is highest in bean seed while lowest in grain seed. Poultry has no endogenous enzyme to digest Alpha-Galactoside. Alpha-Galactoside can be gathered massively in the body of livestock and poultry, which will influence the breeding effect of feed and organism while reaching a certain amount. 

Alpha-Galactosidase can digest Alpha-Galactoside bond and decompose it into available saccharide, leading to eliminating its anti-nutrient effect in forage raw material and improving utilization of energy and protein of feedstuff.

Definition of ENOLZYME Alpha-Galactosidase Unit:

One ENOLZYME Alpha-Galactosidase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 10mmol/L P-nitrophenyl-α -D-Galactospyranoside to get 1μ Mol of Paranitrophenol in 1 minute at 37° C and pH5.5.

 Function: 

• Improve metabolic energy utilization rate of meal like raw material soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, reduce chyme viscosity, improve animal production performance and increase feed/gain ratio. 
• Completely degrade oligosaccharide of meal like raw materials, reduce nutrients residue in chyme, and increase nutrient utilization rate.
• Eliminate flatulence, diarrhea of mono-gastric animals, and deal to digestive disorders caused by oligosaccharide.
• Ease or avoid alimentary apparatus compensatory hyperplasia, reduce animal maintenance requirements, improve feed energy valence.

 Biological Data: 

1. The conservation activity is above 80% when the pH value is 4.0-7.0, and has best performance at pH6.5. 

2. The conservation activity is above 80% when the temperature is 35-95℃, and has best performance at 65℃.
