Fungal Amylase is produced by submerged fermentation. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of alpha-1,4-glycosidic linkages of starch polysaccharides to yield dextrins, oligosaccharides, maltose and D-glucose. ENOLZYME Fungal Amylase is widely used in brewery and manufacture of alcohol, food processing, feed additives, leather processing, etc.

Unit Definition:

One Amylase unit is defined as the amount of enzyme which hydrolyzes soluble starch and release 10mg reducing sugar per 30 min, at 40 ºC and pH5.0.

Function: 

• Supply the deficiency of the endogenous amylase for young animal.
• Hydrolyze starch containing in feed to generate dextrin and sugar, increase the utilization of feedstuff
• Reduce the high viscosity of the starch slurry, facilitate the contact between digestive enzymes and chyme so as to improve nutrition absorption and utilization 
• Improve the utilization of energy, lower feed conversion ratio and improve animal production performance

 Biological Data: 

ENOLZYME Fungal Amylase has optimum pH between 5.5-9 with activity more than 80%, and best performance at pH9.0.

Dosage: 10-20 g/T. (Refer to the packaging instructions.)

Storage: Store in the dry, ventilation and shaded place,avoid high temperature and humidity

Shelf Life: 12 months at ordinary temperature.
