ENOLZYME Liapse is a highly concentrated Lipase, produced by submerged liquid fermentation. For feed industry, it can help the young or ill animals to solve the problem of inadequate secretion of endogenous enzymes, promote digestive and utilized rate-limiting steo of feed fat under precondition of stable under thermal and acidic environment.

Unit Definition (U/g)(GB/T 23535-2009):

One Lipase unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which is used to produce 1 µmole fatty acid per minute, at 40 ºC and pH7.5.
