Silicone mold use:

 

Silicone mold for PU resin handicrafts, automobile tire mold, plaster crafts, unsaturated resin crafts, crystal crafts, candles, Boli, salt carving mold, large-scale sculpture, cultural reproduction, building decoration, relief furniture, plastic toys and gifts stationery, imitation marble, human statues, process, copper imitation artifacts produced, model establishment, mould many industries such as manufacturing simulation landscape.

Silicone mold characteristics:

 

1, has the characteristics of no deformation, high temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistance, not expansion.

 

2, the shrinkage rate, complex mode number, silicone mold shrinkage in 2/1000.

 

3, tension, good elasticity, tear strength is good, not only let you are beautiful, but can make you come out of the product is not deformation, high temperature at 200 degrees are not the problem, -50 degrees below zero silicone mold is still not brittle, still very soft, simulation effect is very good.

 

Silicone mold operation:

 

Silicone mold three mold: packet mode (perfusion mode), rinse the mold (die). Silicone mold is flowing white liquid, divided into two two groups: group A is silica gel, B as curing agent, such as 100 grams of silica gel added 2% curing agent, mixing evenly, the operation can be carried out:

 

Open mold, die mold is package brush (piecewise model, three-dimensional modeling, model plane), perfusion model

 

Brush mold (die): General brush three layers according to the mold for multilayer, the first layer of the brush in a vacuum mode, brush in place. The second layer third layer of plaster gauze, and then coated with silica gel, thus curing.

This product uses drum packaging, specifications have 25kg and 200kg two specifications.

 

Storage and transport:

 

Silicone mold should be stored at room temperature, drying and sealing the container, do not contact with water to prevent deterioration.
