Sirede patent Interposer have been applied for QFP test socket. With Interposer, user can avoid problem of pad co-planarity, oxidation and damage of PCB board. The interposer design provides protection to PCB board from Pogo pin cutting.

In Cisco Switch case, we mount interposer on product, and then install socket on interposer. Now you can start QFP testing.
