Neohesperidin Dihydrochalcone abbreviated as NHDC, used as sweetener and flavor enhancer from citrus fruit, 1500-1800 times sweeter than sucrose at threshold concentration. It has high intense sweet, low-calorie and safety to used in food, beverage, feed, pharmaceutical and cosmetic years ago.
