70-80g calico paper.

 

*Technical Data:

1.Printing Viscosity: depends on plate depth and printing speed;

2.Ink viscosity: medium 50 ~ 60s/Zahn Cup #4 25℃;

                 white ink 50 ~ 60s/Zahn Cup #4 25℃;

                 color in 20 ~ 30s/Zahn Cup #4 25℃.

3.Packing: 50kgs/drum or 100kgs/drum.

Thinner: water.

 

*Notice:

1. Since there is big difference among different calico papers, please test the PHvalue before using;

2. Printing viscosity is s ested to be stricyly controlled according to changeable printing condition;

3. When weather changes a lot, measures should be taken accordingly;

4. Customers should test whether the ink property of sunshine and chipping resistance can meet the requirementss according to their own requirements;

5. The validity is normally one year, but can still be used after validity if all norms are tested to be OK.
