*Product Discription:

FZ02 ink consists of good quality resins, pigments, organic solvents and additives. It's suitable for high speed flexo printing on paper.

*Advantages:

2.Low odor, very little residual solvents with the printed products;

4.Very good adhesion, scratch resistance, good printing adaptability.

*Suitable substrates:

Cardboard, coated paper, laser paper.

*Technical Data:

1. Viscosity: medium 15~25s/Zahn Cup#4  at 25℃; Color ink ≥ 25s/Zahn Cup#4 at 25℃.

2. Fineness: white ink ≤ 20μm; Color ink ≤ 15μm.

3. Packing: white ink 20kg/drum; Color ink 18kgs/drum.

*Notice:

1.Ink should be thoroughly mixed before use to ensure good fluidity;

2.Printing viscosity needs to be adjusted according to the plate;

3.Gold and silver inks should be used within validity, do not store too long time. Special containers should be used for gold and silver inks. Don't mix the containers with other color inks;

4.The ink should not be stored outdoors. The warehouse must be dry, well-ventilated and far away from fire under temperature 35℃. Do not throw during moving;

5.The validity is normally one year, but can still be used after validity if all norms are tested to be OK.
