Our anti-forgery ink is made through special technical processes. We have optically variable ink, UV florescent ink, sunlight sensitive ink, infrared florescent ink and thermochromic ink.

*Technical Data:

Viscosity: gravure ink 25 ~ 55s/Zahn Cup #4 25℃;Inks for other printing modes meet actual

requirements.

Fineness: ≤ 35μm;

Packing: gravure ink 18kg/drum.

 

*Usage:

Thinner: exclusive

Printing viscosity: 20 ~ 30s/Zahn Cup #2 25℃ recommended for gravure ink, adjustable according to printing speed.

 

*Notice:

1.Ink should be thoroughly mixed before using to ensure good fluidity;

2.Matched thinner must be used for dilution;

3.Printing viscosity must be adjusted according to the plate;

4.The ink should not be stored outdoors. The warehouse must be dry, well-ventilated and far away from fire with the temperature below 35℃. Don't throw during moving.

5.The validity is normally one year, but can still be used after validity if all norms are tested to be OK.
