What materials are required for ROHS report?

1. Prepare test samples, such as single material 50-100g/sample, complete machine samples need to be communicated and confirmed.

2. Fill in the test application form, mainly fill in the full name of the company, company address, sample name, sample model and other information to be reflected in the report.
On 1 July 2011, the European Parliament and the Council published directive 2011/65/EU to replace 2002/95/EC in the EU Guan Party Gazette. The new directive will enter into force 20 days later (21 July 2011).
With effect from 3 January 2013, Directive 2002/95/EC will be repealed and Allies must update Directive 2011/65/EU into local law by 2 January 2013.
According to the EU WEEE&RoHS directive requirements, AOV is to split the product according to the material, with different materials for the detection of harmful substances.
In general:
Metal materials need to be tested for four harmful metal elements such as (Cd, cadmium, Pb, lead, Hg, Hg, Cr6+ hexavalent chromium)
In addition to the four hazardous heavy metal elements, the plastic material should also be tested for brominated flame retardants (POLYbrominated biphenyl ethers (PBB)/Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE))
At the same time, different materials of packaging materials should also be tested for heavy metal packaging materials (94/62/EEC)
