Description:
The grounding system is the most common and effective way to ensure the ESD safety of a process. Equipment Ground Monitor 001-9035C is a comprehendive real time groud monitor that check the connection of equipment to grounds. It provides independent ground monitoring of up to four tools. It solved the problem of the damage which caused by the ground wire corroded, loose etc. And also saved the time and labor costs for regular inspections of ground connection.

Features:
1. Equipment Ground Monitor can continuously monitor the grounding status of equipment, ESD grounding system and resistance of equipment casing.

Installation:
1. When there is only one equipment grounding wire in the production line 
2. Need to add an auxiliary test wire to form the monitoring loop
3. Make equipment's grounding wire connect with auxiliary test wire and meantime let equipment's monitoring wire connect with equipment's grounding wire
4. When the installation side has more than one equipment grounding wire
5. Make equipment's grounding wire connect with any equipment grounding wire, and then connect the monitoring cord of the monitor with the other equipment grounding wires 
Notice: if customer need to monitor ESD ground cord, please refer to the wiring mode of the monitoring equipment ground wire

Calibration:
1. Use resistance decade box to do calibration
2. Connect one connecting wire on the standard resistance box to the monitor device 1, 2, 3, 4 ( only one terminal each time ), and the other wire on the standard resistance box connect to the ground wire of the monitor
3. Adjust the resistance on the resistance decade box
4. When resistance on the resistance decade box is larger than the setting resistance from the equipment, red light on and there is relay output to display the current status; When resistance on the resistance decade box is lower than the setting resistance from the equipment, green light on and there is no alarm
5. If the equipment is connected to software, RS485 or wireless will receive the current alarm status, and record the current resistance value and time
