Ladle turret classification:
Ladle turntable: equipment set above the casting position of the continuous casting machine to carry the ladle - span and support the ladle for casting. It is composed of 6 parts: base, slewing arm, driving device, slewing support, accident drive control system, lubrication system and anchor.

Slewing bearing is also known as rotary bearing and slewing bearing. Slewing bearing is widely used in real industry. It is known as "the joint of the machine". It is an important transmission element required by the machine that needs to make relative rotary motion between two objects, and also needs to bear axial force, radial force and overturning moment. Its main function is to support the rotating body of the machine, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its rotation accuracy.
Compared with general bearings, the rotating speed of slewing ring is lower. According to the different friction properties of moving elements, slewing bearings can be divided into rolling bearings and sliding bearings.
The rolling bearing has been standardized and serialized, but compared with the sliding bearing, its radial size, vibration and noise are larger, and its price is also higher. Its basic structure is generally composed of four parts: outer ring, inner ring, rolling element and cage. According to the shape of rolling element, rolling bearing is divided into ball bearing and roller bearing.
The installation of slewing bearing is the key, and the following points should be paid attention to during the installation process.
1) During installation, the sundries on the bottom surface of the inner race of the slewing arm and the top surface of the outer seat frame shall be carefully cleaned, and then the elevation of the four measuring points on the bearing plate shall be measured with a precision level gauge. The levelness of the bearing mounting base and the slewing bearing shall be adjusted by adding shims. The levelness error of the bearing horizontal plane shall not be greater than 0.3mm.
2) When installing the bearing, it should be close to its mating surface. The coaxiality error of the center line of the rotary bearing, the base of the rotary gear and the center line of the rotary platform should not be greater than 0.3mm. In addition, when the rotary bearing enters the rotary arm, there should be a uniform clearance of 0.5~1mm between the outer ring and the rotary arm to ensure that the bearing is not subject to additional external forces during rotation.
3) The slewing bearing bears a heavy load transmitted by the slewing arm during its operation. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the unhardened spots on the slewing bearing should be at 90 ° from the casting center line and at the non-drive side of the ladle turntable.
4) In order to improve the quality of bolt connection, proper preload must be applied when installing bolts. The purpose of bolt pre-tightening is to enhance the rigidity, tightness and anti-loosening ability of the connection, and also to improve the fatigue strength of the bolt. If the preload is insufficient or uneven, it is easy to cause some nuts to loosen, resulting in excessive bearing clearance, vibration and impact during rotation, and easy wear of the bearing; If the preload is too large, the fracture accident may occur during the working process. Therefore, proper preload is a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the rotary table.
In order to avoid uneven bolt preload, the same high-pressure pump can be used to drive four hydraulic bolt tensioners through the four-way valve to tighten the four symmetrical angles of the connecting bolts of the inner and outer rings of the swing bearing in two times, first 80% of the design tightening force, and then tighten to the set value. After the bolt is tightened, the length of the bolt head extending out of the nut should be about (0.6~1.0) times of the bolt diameter, and a dial indicator should be installed on the top of the piston to measure the displacement of the head (pay attention to the correct conversion between the oil gauge reading and the bolt preload). When the oil pressure reaches the preset value, stop pressurizing, and its displacement is for reference. Conduct spot check once every three months and comprehensive inspection once a year. The bolts for spot check shall be evenly distributed, and the number of bolts shall not be less than 1/5 of the total number.
