Main features

Vertical structure, inlet and outlet flange in the same center line, compact structure, small floor area, easy installation.
The vertical structure pump adopts the mechanical seal of the assembled structure, which makes the installation and maintenance operation more safe and convenient, and ensures the reliability of the seal.
The motor shaft of the vertical pump is directly connected with the pump shaft through the coupling.
Horizontal pump match with extended shaft motor, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance operation.
The flow passage components are made of stainless steel, which does not pollute the medium and ensures long service life and beautiful appearance.
Low noise and low vibration. Adopt standardized design, good versatility.

Operating condition

a. Ambient high temperature +40℃, more than +40℃ environment, or the motor is installed at an altitude of more than 1000m, the motor output power will be reduced, in this case, must choose higher output power motor.
b. Applicable medium temperature range of -15℃ ~ +120℃, thin clean and not contain solid particles or fibers of the liquid.

Notes

Vertical pump bottom in and out of the water section of the arrow shows the flow direction of medium, installation according to the arrow shows the connection pump inlet and outlet.
Horizontal pump medium flow direction is side in, up out.
In order to ensure the motor can be fully cooled, installation position must be keep air circulation, and it is prohibited to put the motor upside down and covering articles on the motor.
When installing the pipeline, it is necessary to prevent air accumulation in the pipeline, especially in the suction end of pump.
Pump both sides installed gate valve, conducive to cleaning and maintenance.
When necessary, the position of the vertical pump motor junction box can be adjusted according to the direction of 0°, 90° and 270°.

a.Demount coupling cover,do not disassemble coupling.

b.Demount bolt of stationary motor.

c.Turn the motor to the desired direction.
Rotate coupling ,adjust motor so that make pump shaft does not stuck and rotate unevenly .
Tighten bolts of stationary motor and install the coupling cover.
The lifting bolt holes on the motor cannot be used for the lifting whole pump. The whole pump lifting must use steel belt or other similar means at the motor base.
