Sub-high efficiency air filters are primarily designed to capture particulate dust and various suspended particles smaller than 0.5um, serving as the final filtration stage in various filtration systems. Crafted with ultra-fine fiberglass paper as the filtering media, these filters employ folded cardboard, aluminum foil, and other materials as partition plates, sealed with innovative polyurethane sealant. The external frame is constructed from galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, or aluminum alloy profiles. Additionally, there are three types of high-efficiency filters: the ultra-high-efficiency filter, capable of achieving 99.9995% purification; the antibacterial partitionless high-efficiency air filter, with antibacterial properties to prevent bacteria from entering clean workshops; and the sub-high-efficiency filter, known for its affordable price and previous widespread use in less demanding clean spaces. Both high-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency filters are utilized at the end of cleanroom systems and can be classified by their structural forms into partitioned high-efficiency filters, partitionless high-efficiency filters, high-volume high-efficiency filters, and ultra-high-efficiency filters.
