Working principle

These separation methods include inertial impaction, interception, and diffusion deposition:

Inertial Impaction: Utilizes the inertia of particles in the airflow, causing them to collide with the filter material and be intercepted.

Interception: Takes advantage of the trajectory of particles in the airflow, allowing them to come into contact with and be intercepted by the filter material.

Diffusion Deposition: Leverages the diffusion movement of particles in the airflow, ultimately depositing them on the surface of the filter material.

Through these separation mechanisms, the air compressor filter effectively removes impurities such as dust, oil mist, and water vapor from the air, ensuring the cleanliness of the delivered air volume.

Structure

An air compressor filter primarily comprises two parts: the filter element and the filter housing.
