INTRODUCTION
HS-09 971 Water Based Polymer Cement Mortar Waterproofing Adhesive refined by imported high polymer
emulsion, additives and fillers. Polymer cement mortar formed by mixing it with cement mortar, which will
forms solid and compact waterproofing coat(layer) after brushing.
It’s non-toxic, non-polluting, resistance to acid and alkaline, and corrosion. Easy application, a ideal
environmental friendly waterproofing material.

APPLICATION REQUEST
Waterproofing mortar application request:
1.Substrate treatment: substrate is clean, flat, solid, wet, free of floating ash, oil, dust and water.
2.Brushing substrate coat(layer) primer: brush a coat(layer) of 971 water based polymer cement mortar
waterproofing adhesive on substrate coat(layer) for better bonding between substrate and waterproofing
mortar coat(layer).
3.Waterproofing mortar : mix them evenly according to cement : sand : emulsion : water = 1 : 1 : 0.25 :
appropriate amount of water ).
4.While feeling primer tack-free on substrate coat(layer), squeegee or brush mixed waterproofing mortar on
the substrate, flatten and smoothen it with trowel. Brush 5-8cm (application thickness) for common basement,
water pool, 3-5cm for exterior wall, specific thickness according to specific design request.
5.In general, we apply natural maintenance, maintenance time depend on different temp. condition, 3-5 days
is better in normal temp..
6.Emulsion reference consumption: 1 - 1.5kg/m2.

Paste on finishing material:
1.Evenly brush a coat(layer) of cement paste or waterproofing mortar on the paste side of substrate surface
material, adhere it to substrate, level and flatten it, thickness is 5 -8mm.
NOTE
1.Must not add water while applying waterproofing adhesive, and run out of all mixed waterproofing mortar
within 30mins.
2.In general, we apply 425# or above common silicate cement, natural sand particle can not excess harmful
amount, sand particle diameter is 1mm.
3.It should be sealed and stored above 5℃, shade place, shelf life is 12 months.
