Water Based Water Soluble Polyurethane PU Caulking Liquid
INTRODUCTION
HS-669 water based water soluble polyurethane PU caulking liquid is applied to all kinds of grouting
impermeable, pl ing and sealing, and reinforcing on all kinds of buildings or underground concrete
cracks, expansive joints, construction joints, structural joints, retaining wall, window frame, interior &
exterior wall and roofing etc.
APPLICATION REQUEST
1. Structural Crack Water Leakage Treatment :
a. Drill hole to 2/3 depth of structure thickness in 45°inclination, 5-10 cm on the left or right of bottom of
construction joint, drill hole from low to high, hole distance is 15 - 30 cm, lay a grouting needle while drilling
to highest.
b. After laying grouting needles, injecting this grouting liquid from low to high with high pressure grouting
machine till grouting liquid seeped from structure surface, and inject other needles like this.
c. 72 hours after grouting finish, knock out grouting needles, seal it with quick dry cement.
2. Honeycomb Water Leakage Treatment :
a. In the range of the honeycomb, drill a hole every 25-30cm, drill hole to 2/3 depth of structure thickness,
after laying grouting needles and fix it tightly, inject grouting liquid with high pressure grouting machine.
b. Grouting from lowest grouting needles, while finding needles seeped from structure surface, inject
grouting liquid from high. While grouting liquid react with water, it will fills all small cracks, that is completely
solving water leakage problem.
c. 72 hours after grouting, knock out grouting needles, seal it with quick dry cement.
NOTE
1.Application must under the guidance by professional personnel, and equip with necessary protective tools,
such as gloves, goggles, etc. Prevent skin from touching this liquid, while touching, we should clean it with
water.
2.We must pay attention to ventilation and far away from fire while application, do not use fire around
application area before liquid is cured..
3.Clean machine immediately with detergent after application.
4.It should be sealed and stored in dry and shade place, free from sun exposure and rain, shelf life is 1
year.
