1.Introduction

JD-03 Water Based Polyurethane Waterproofing Coating is a synthetic polymer waterproof material, it can be made construction on base, which overcomes the problem that the past polyurethane waterproof coating can’t touch water or can’t in dry after touching water, and easily delay the construction period as the result of not enough moisture in the air or long solidification time. This model as curing agent was made with natural water instead of toxic methylene double o-chloroaniline(MOCA), make improvement for production equipment and process, reduce the content of free TDI in system, which is a new generation of environmental-friendly waterproof material. After coating, this model can curing to non-toxic, tasteless, high elastic waterproof film, widely used in waterproof construction.

3.Application Range

a. All Kinds of flat or inclined roofing, gutter, canopy or irregular roofing waterproof engineering.

b. Undergound construction waterproof engineering, such as underground basement concrete bottom board, internal & external wall, retaining wall, tunnel and well.

c. All kinds of constructure waterproof engineering, such as toilet, kitchen, swimming pool, flower box, sluice flooring, construction joint, expansion joint, through-wall pipe and anti-corrosion pool.

d. Adhesive anti-corrosion: pipe outside, pool and terrace anti-corrosion.

5. Construction Request

a. Base Treatment: Construction base requires hard, flat, dry, free of water, dust, oil stain and fill and level the indentation and breakage place.

b. Material Preparation: Open the coating bucket cover, take one time coating quantity and 20% water, mix them evenly with electric mixer.

c. Construction: Coat or squeegee mixed coating on the base with rubber roll brush, coating direction

should divide into two vertical directions, which ensure the permeate and bonding of coating on base,

, curing time of coating layer in normal temperature is 12 hours, each coating interval is subject to feel no sticky on former membrane, coat 2 - 3 layers, make next coat after no sticky feeling of first coating layer. ( Increase its waterproofing property with glass fiber net or non-woven fabrics.)

d. Protective Layer Construction: In order to increase the binding power between waterproofing layer and protective layer, before curing of second coating layer, its necessary to spray some coarse sands or small stones on the base, which make the binding between protective layer and waterproofing layer more tight.

e. Material Consumption: 1mm thickness is about 1.2 – 1.4kg/m2, 1.5mm thickness is about 1.6 – 2kg/m2, 2mm thickness is about 2.5kg/m2.

6. Note

a. While still not used up after open this product cover, we should close and seal the cover at once, which avoid absorbing damp that makes product no useful.

b. While finding incorrect storage or long storage period, surface will form a layer of thin coating, we can use after clean it, but all bucket form coating, it should be not useful.

c. Construction temperature keep above 5℃, keep air circulate around the construction environment.

d. This product is supposed to be sealed or stored in a ventilated and dry place, free from sunshine exposure, and rain, storage period is 12 months.
