INTRODUCTION
HS-07 One Component Water Based Silicone Rubber Waterproofing Coating main material is silicon rubber
emulsion compound chemicals, mixed with inorganic fillers and various additives, it’s a one component water based,
high polymer environmental friendly waterproofing coating.
ADVANCE
a.Easy application, it’s one component, no need to mix other materials while application, brushing, spraying or rolling
is available.
b.Permeate(migrate) into substrate, tightly adhere to substrate, good waterproofing and impermeable performance.
c.Membrane formed quickly, applied on wet substrate.
d.It’s non-toxic, non-VOC, inflammable, suitable to all kinds of edible water pool or drinkable waterproofing systems,
color is optional by mixing pigment.
APPLICATION RANGE
a. Underground waterproofing systems such as interior or exterior wall, retaining wall etc.
b. Good air isolation for refrigerated storage, bonding warming etc.
c. Water transfer and water storage waterproofing systems such as edible water pool, water tank etc.
d. All kinds of roofing, window sill, toilet, flooring, interior and exterior wall.
e. Construction seam, crack, through-wall pipe and drain gully etc.

APPLICATION REQUEST
a. Substrate treatment: substrate is clean, flat, free of water, leakage, oil and dust, repair convex corner to round
corner.
b. In general, brush 4 coats(layers), evenly brush in vertical and horizontal direction, avoid leakage brushing.
c. Brush next coat(layer) after last coat(layer) is curing. If want to brush protective coat(layer), we can sprinkle coarse
sand on the last waterproofing coat(layer), and brush a cement mortar coat(layer) for better bonding strength.
e. Material consumption: 1mm thickness consumed 1.2 - 1.5kg/m2, 1.5mm thickness consumed 2 - 2.2kg/m2, 2mm
thickness consumed 3kg/m2.
APPLICATION METHOD
Mix coating evenly before application, no need to add extra water, brush coating on the substrate with roll brushes or
oil brushes, it will forms waterproofing rubber membrane after curing.
NOTE
a.Avoid mixing small stones and sharp particles into cement mortar protective coat( layer), which free from damaging
waterproofing coat( layer) during application.
b.It’s application keeps above 5℃, mix coating evenly before application, must not mix water.
c.It should be sealed and stored in dry and shade place, shelf life is 1 year.
