INTRODUCTION
HS-04 One Component Solvent Based Moisture Curing Polyurethane (PU) Waterproofing Coating imported
international advanced technology, it’s refined processing by imported polyurethane and other raw material.
It will forms membrane after curing by absorbing the moisture in the air, which solves the problem such as
two component PU waterproofing coating need to be mixed in weight ratio. It’s easy application, not
includes coal-tar pitch, non-toxic, non-VOC.
ADVANCE
a.Not includes coal-tar pitch chemicals, non-toxic, non-VOC, non-polluting.
b.One component application, easy and safe application, it overcomes the problem such as quality reduced
by unevenly mixing two component waterproofing coating.
c.Applied on wet substrate, with good resistance to acid and alkaline, head and cold ( -30℃ ~ 90℃), and
ageing.
d.Good integrity, it will forms hard and elastomeric sealing coat(layer) after membrane formed, one time
brushing can meet requested waterproofing performance for common substrate, and color is optional by
mixing pigment.
e.High cohesiveness, adhere to concrete, masonry, wood, glass, metal and rubber etc.
APPLICATION RANGE
A. All kinds of horizontal or sloped roofing, gutter, canopy and other irregular roofing.
B. Underground waterproofing systems, such as basement concrete sub-slab, interior and exterior wall,
retaining wall, tunnel and well etc.
C. All kinds of waterproofing systems such as toilet, kitchen, swimming pool, flower bed, sluice floor,
construction joint, expansion joint, through-wall pipe, drain gully etc.
D. Adhesive anti-corrosion, such as pipe outer, floor and pool.

APPLICATION REQUEST
a. Substrate Treatment: Application substrate requires solid, flat, dry, free of water, dust and oil stain, and fill
and level the indentation and breakage place.
b. Application: Brush or squeegee coating on the substrate with rubber squeegee board or brush, brushed
in vertical and horizontal directions repeatedly, which ensure the permeate and bonding of coating on
substrate. Brush one coat(layer) for common waterproofing system, 2-3 coats(layers) for important
waterproofing systems. Brush next coat after last coat is tack-free. (Increase its waterproofing property with
glass fiber cloth or non-woven fabrics.)
d. Protective Coat(Layer) Application: In order to increase the bonding strength between waterproofing coat
and protective coat, we need to sprinkle some coarse sands or small stones on the last waterproofing coat
before it’s not curing.
e. Material Consumption: 1mm thickness consumed about 1.2 – 1.4kg/m2, 1.5mm thickness consumed
about 1.6 – 2kg/m2, 2mm thickness consumed about 2.5kg/m2.
NOTE
A.Coating tin(pail) opened but not run out, it should be sealed the tin mouth tightly, free from curing by
moisture absorption. While finding a thin rubber membrane on coating in the tin caused by wrong storage, it
would continue to be applied after removing it, but it would be useless while finding membrane around all
the tin.
B.Coating should be sealed and stored under shaded, dry, damp proof, high temperature prevention and
fire proof place, its shelf life is 1 year.
