The working table adopts the servo motor to control the fixture to drive the plastic barrel to rotate. Translation sliding is controlled by linear guide rail

1. Applicable product features
• Paint buckets and lubricating oil buckets: These buckets are generally made of metal and have a certain hardness and toughness. The surface usually needs to be printed with brand logos, product specifications, safety warnings and other information, and the printed pattern must be clear and firm, and able to withstand certain environmental factors (such as friction, corrosion, etc.).
2. Shuttle table function
• Working principle: The shuttle table realizes reciprocating motion through mechanical transmission devices (such as motors, belts, guide rails, etc.). During the working process, the paint bucket or lubricating oil bucket is placed on the workbench, and the workbench can shuttle the bucket from one position to the hot stamping work area according to the set program, and then return the bucket to the initial position or other designated position after the hot stamping is completed.

At the same time, the shuttle table can achieve precise positioning to ensure the accuracy of the position of the bucket during the hot stamping process, which is conducive to improving the hot stamping quality.
3. Flat-pressed circular working mode
• Flat-pressed circular structure and principle: Flat-pressed circular hot stamping refers to the hot stamping of the hot stamping plate (flat) of the hot stamping machine in contact with the surface of the round barrel (round) to be hot stamped. During operation, the hot stamping plate is pressed against the surface of the barrel by a pressure device (such as a cylinder or hydraulic system). At the same time, the hot stamping plate is heated to a certain temperature, so that the hot stamping materials such as electrochemical aluminum foil transfer the pattern or text to the surface of the barrel under the action of pressure and temperature.
• Application advantages: This flat-pressed circular method can well adapt to the shape of round paint barrels and lubricating oil barrels, so that the hot stamping pattern is completely covered on the curved surface of the barrel, and the hot stamping pressure can be evenly distributed, thereby obtaining a high-quality hot stamping effect, and the pattern and text have strong adhesion and are not easy to fall off.
4. Features of servo hot stamping machine
• Servo drive system: The servo hot stamping machine uses a servo motor as the power source. The servo motor has high-precision position control, speed control and torque control capabilities. During the hot stamping process, the servo motor can accurately control the movement of the hot stamping plate, including parameters such as the descending speed, pressure holding time, and rising speed, making the hot stamping process more accurate.
