• Structure and principle:
• Four-color turntable part: It has a rotating turntable with 16 printing stations evenly distributed on the turntable. When working, the turntable can accurately rotate according to the set stroke, and transport the printed materials such as screwdrivers to be printed to different printing positions in turn, realizing a step-by-step and orderly printing process.
• Oil cup part: The oil cup is a key component for storing and supplying ink. It is filled with ink. By sliding the oil cup on the pad printing plate, the ink can be accurately supplied to the corresponding printing plate to ensure that the ink is evenly distributed and the amount is properly controlled.
• Overall printing principle: When the screwdriver is placed on the turntable station, the turntable rotates, and the screwdriver reaches the first station first. The corresponding oil cup supplies ink to the corresponding printing plate, and the rubber head absorbs the color ink from the printing plate and transfers it to the screwdriver. Then the turntable takes the screwdriver to the next station, and repeats the above steps to print the other three colors. In this way, the four-color overprinting process is completed, and colorful and exquisite patterns or logos can be printed on parts such as the screwdriver handle.
