鋅鋁、鋅錫材料按比例澆鑄在不鏽鋼管上制備的合金靶材。

Zinc-aluminum, zinc-tin alloy targets are produced by casting the respective materials onto stainless steels.

-雜質顆粒小於0.5 mm, 整靶雜質小於3個
